  • A 7-day trial period is offered to new customers for indoor devices, encompassing a duration of 30 days. Outdoor devices are not entitled for a trial period.
  • Termination fees = 3JOD *Remaining months of commitment.

General Rules for Rental Devices:
  • Subscribers on Rental options will commit to 24 months for Indoor Router or 5G MiFi and 36 months for outdoor Router.
  • Upon service termination, customers must return the device in good condition.
  • Devices come with 1 Year Warranty.

  • Device termination fees:
    • A. If the rental commitment period is ongoing, device termination = termination fee (30 JOD) + Retail price of the device or (return the device to shop).
    • B. After the rental commitment period, the customer shall return the device, or pay the Retail price if it’s broken.
